Rust-Oleum® ROCEpoxy Direct-to-Metal Epoxy Mastic 9100 is a two-component, high solids epoxy coating that provides a durable, abrasion- and chemical-resistant protective surface suitable for almost all industrial environments. As Rust-Oleum's most versatile industrial product, it can be applied directly to sound rusted steel, galvanized metal, clean steel, concrete, and even slightly damp surfaces. This product was developed with the end user in mind.
