As it fully blocks stains and odors while preventing future growth and spreading, the intended surface doesn't even require extensive prep or pre-cleaning before application. Use Zinsser Mold Blocking Primer Spray to cover and block nearly all forms of pre-existing mold, mildew, moss and fungi as well as most forms of odor-causing bacteria. Since this primer is also compatible with all topcoat products except solvent-based lacquers, it might very well be the perfect solution for non-porous interior or exterior surfaces in residential basements, attics and bathrooms as well as commercial factories, warehouses, storage facilities—nearly anywhere it might be needed. Convenient aerosol spray format is ideal for small projects, spot priming and touch-up work.
