The complete perimeter seal preserves freshness and prevents leaks and spills. The tamper alert hinge has a visible seal that, if broken, makes it obvious the container has been opened. The specialty lid inhibits the ability to lift it from the base without tearing the hinge. Once the seal is broken, the now two-piece container is easy to re-close and continues to be leak-resistant.
